Are you wishwashy when making decisions?

When I was younger I use to be wishwashy when making decisions. I had a hard time making decisions. A lot of the time my feelings and emotions clouded my judgement. Now I do a lot better. Thanks to my maturing since then. At times it can be hard to know exactly what is right or what is wrong when making choices that will affect our life.

I also think that emotions are partly the reason why we tend to be indecisive at times. These could really cloud our judgment if we don't control them. And if we aren't mature enough to control our feelings, it would really be difficult to make fast decisions.

Yeah being indecisive is not always a good thing. Sometimes we may time to really think about a big decision. But being indecisive can cause us to miss out on great opportunities. So it's something that I think is a good thing to be careful about.

I am also matured enough in making right decisions and as much as possible I have a reason of why I decided to make that kind of decision. I am still asking for the opinion of others if needed.

I agree that it is a good idea to ask others for advice when we need it. Sometimes others have more experience or knowledge about something than we do. And it can be very helpful. Or others may ask us for advice. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me.

Yes, I'm terrible at making decisions. It's one of my flaws. Even the easiest one, I'll take forever to make. It annoys people sometimes. The thing is, once a decision is made, if it's not the right one, something can go wrong or you can end up disappointed. And, although you can change your mind with most decisions, you still probably have some result from the original decision to deal with.

Don't worry your not the only one. I've made plenty of them and I'm still trying to figure out if certain decisions were good or bad. I'm trying to do better as I get older. Just sometimes we make decisions to hastly and it's not always a good thing. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me.

We don't always make the best decisions no matter our age. I think we've all made wishywashy decisions, or decisions that seem right at first but then you end up regretting it. It's a learning process. I've made plenty of decisions I wish I hadn't but I've grown from them and it's made me a better person because of the struggles the decisions I made caused me.

I agree with you. Me more than I would have liked to. It definitely is a learning process. And I hope that I'm doing better at it. Because I don't like to make mistakes or regret things. So I'm trying my best not to make them. I try to think things through before I make decisions. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts with me. I appreciate hearing everyones thoughts and how they have handled things in their life.

No I don't. I think very fast, pro and contra's. And decide what to do.
Sometimes I wait for some time, not because I can't decide but because I know other people might change their mind again and if I start working on it right away it's only a waste of my time and energy.

I'm glad to hear that. It's good to weight the pros and cons of things. I think that helps out a lot. It really does help us to rationalize whether something is good or bad for us. I agree with you and it's not a good thing to waste time and energy. That gets us nowhere.

I really thankful to God that since young I already realized that every choice has its own impact. Thus, I can make decision without hesitate. Sure, there is always question in the heart whether the decision is right or wrong. But, due to my parents that always let their children choose what they want, I can slowly develop my self esteem.
It seems easy, but quarrel with parents was sometimes happened. That can not be avoided.
So go on with your decision. And do it your way.. (just like Frank Sinatra's My Way)

It is a good thing to really know that all of our actions have consequences. Whether good or bad. Yeah I agree quarrels with parents for us as young ones and for children now a days will happen. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts. I'm glad to hear that things are going well for you.
