How long will it take to get reply for my support ticket in neobux??

My account was suspended in neobux because i wrote in an open discussion in neobux tat the concept of AdPrize is fraud.I opened a new account and and support ticket to restore my account and i have made my apologies to then.It has been nearly 10 days since i submitted this support ticket. When will my support ticket get resolved?? When will i get any reply?? Will my account will get restore??

From what I know, if u are suspended, it is very hard to get back your membership.

You have to wait. I am member there since last 3 years, i am sure it is not scam.

Hi, Neobux staff answer very quickly, mostly the same day. If you didn't receive your answer, they probably don't want to reopen your account nor have any discussion with you. There is also other possibility - maybe they reopened your old account without answering the ticket. They do that often. If you haven't already, check your old account. bye
