Being conscious of body weight..

I a kind of person who is so body conscious. I always check my weight every week to see if i gain my weight or if lose it. I am a vegitarian individual which I believe the reason why I got a slim body figure. I'm not into soda or even alcoholic beverages.

I am not really unless I am trying to diet. Of course usually every couple of weeks or even months I will check but I'm not all that concerned about it usually just because I can tell without using the scale - just with how my jeans and clothes are fitting.

I can't agree more with the above posters. In my opinion, you really need to have a balanced diet, and I also think that you can't deny yourself certain foods. I think if people simply quit certain foods (like twinkies or soda) that they have been eating for years, the craving will overwhelm them and they will likely fall back into old habits. Instead I believe people should allow themselves these foods in moderation, along with healthy foods, to promote a balanced diet. So for example, instead of having a whole bag of potato chips or stack of pringles per day, cut that in half, and add a banana or apple, and over time progress will be made!

I think just to eat wverything in moderation is the key, I was so skinny when I was a kid and I was silly enough to go on a get fat diet and now I wish I was skinny again or skinnier so I am trying to eat less have more freshly made juices as I prefer not to eat meat as well but I don't like too many vegies, so for me juice is good.
