glass or contact lens

Both the options have their pros and cons. BUt glass is a better and safe options. You might knew this . A contact lens is made of a very fine plastic and is maleable means if that comes in contact with heat, it can melt. An incident happened with a known person to me. He ws participating in a party and there was BONFIRE there. As everyone was sitting round the fire, so was he. Soon he started getting restless and complained of pain in his eyes. Very quickly people out their came ot rescue and took him away from the fire place but the fire had done its job. The contact lens that he was wearing melt and the person was blinded for ever. So I suggest everyone to be very careful with contact lenses.
