Which of them are more scary- ghosts and spirits, aliens or mysterious creature?

For something to be even a little bit scary, there has to be an element of unknown related to it. All of the three share this common trait. So, what are your choices.
Ghosts can be amusing, almost every time spooky, scary and sometimes dangerous. There are many accounts and witnesses of ghosts and related phenomena.
Aliens have been claimed to be sighted by many many people around the world every year for the past 50-60 years or so. Some really close and frightening encounters have also been reported.
Mysterious creatures like the Yeti, Bigfoot, Loch Ness Monster etc. have been a subject of much discussion and debate for many decades.

That's good if you believe in them. What makes you think like this? Is that because you feel like that or something else.

For me, the scariest among them are the mysterious creatures because according to tell-tales, they really tend to hurt people.

I think there have been very few accounts of these creatures hurting people. Most of these creatures seem to be shy enough to inflict any damage. but the mystery that surrounds them makes them scary. But I've heard about the Mexican Chupacabra which killed many sheep in the area.
