Do you ever....

Do you ever sleep so late that you mess up your sleep rhythms? I find myself sleeping late on some nights and I wake up at around 1 pm...and I basically can't go to sleep until really late at night, which offsets my sleep even more. The only way to fix it would be to wake up early, and that too is annoying. Ever happened to you?

Oh, definitely-- I'm fairly certain this happens to almost everyone. Only this weekend I went a whole night without sleeping. Had a good night's rest since then, but all day had trouble staying awake, because my body just can't keep track. It happens to everyone.

Lol, I do it ALL the time, although it's really bad for our health to not have a consistent sleeping pattern. There are times that I would sleep at 10pm, other times at 1, 2, even 4am and whenever I wake up, if I have nothing to do, from 8-12 hours of sleep, I'm STILL tired. What you can do is try to do everything you can do during the daytime so you can sorta relax by nightfall and try to sleep earlier. The earlier you sleep the earlier you wake up, lol. Hope this helps!
