Would you recommend some products to get rid of smoking?

Just now my friend asked me to help him to buy some products to quit smoking. I am a non-smoker, so this is a hard task for me So I think of Mylot, I shall hear more good suggestions from you.

You could try the nicotene gum or the patch. I think even with the help of products, it's still going to be hard to quit regardless. I'm also a smoker so I know what it's like wanting to quit. If you have medical/health insurance, you could try to get on a prescription like Chantix that might help you quit... Good luck! Stay strong!

I don't want my friend to take the medicine to get rid of the smoking. I am not sure whether Chantix is a kind of medicine. You know I am afraid that medicine will have some effects on the health.

there is new product right now for those hard smokers, a candy with a taste of nicotine , thats what i know . so try it , and perhaps step by step you can stop your habit.
