There are free sites that you can host, but they can't have much on them, and there are payment plans for things like dedicated servers and more connections. If you are familiar with the Git Bash system and ssl keys, then you can also pull the code down from the site and edit anything you want with it. :D I believe they support mySQL, and even if they don't I know they have an SQL database service. Again, a lot of things are auto-set up for you, but if you wish you can do everything by yourself from scratch.
