I do the round trip thing quite a lot of time in MRTs especially if I came from Ayala area. I would commonly drop off at Quezon Ave. or Trinoma/SM North area and the people waiting at the Ayala station is no joke! Since Ayala's close to the Taft station, I would ride the MRT going to Taft, sit there are wait until it's filled then do a round trip to North Ave. station. Less hassle :P If I know that I'll be late for an appointment, I'll tell the person I'm meeting that I'll be late and wait for a vacant traspo to arrive. There's nothing you can do since you're late anyway :P

When I was in Davao I have traveled several times in Jeepney, because most of the time it was raining, I and Jose, hubby of Ann wanted to reach home in time.
This discussion reminded me of the nice time i had in your country.

I've been taking the roundtrip route in the MRT since I started working here in Taguig. Because of the rush hour, I had to find ways to get aboard the train without so much hassle. I found out that there are far less people on the other side and I'd be able to sit without any trouble. The clincher is I'd have to have a pre-stored value ticket.

well, the transpo system in our country is not that systematic. oftentimes, i get lost because there is no clear sign and system. there is a need to ask people around to get to the destination. yes, it happened to me many times. usually, i ask people around to know what jeepney should i take. the mrt is easy because it goes along edsa.
