have u experience hard to breath??????//

I experence this for so many time that i feel hard in breathing......i did not go to the doctor for any consultation..instead, i do scrub the floor. and some perspirations starts to go out.i keep this work around 3 to 4 days successively.i observed that all my bad feelings vanished.yes really it was lost the feeling i feel hard to breath.BY THEN I DO THE SAME WHENEVER I FELT THAT WAY.....THATS MY SECRET OF TREATMENT MY HARD BREATHING.....WILL U TRY THIS? REALLY IT WORKS........... TRY IT MYLOTTERS......

u can also try yoga exercise. try pranayama. its a good breathing exercise. if u do it every day for 10 min u feel very fresh for the whole day
