PayPal forbids exchanges with their currency - It's against their TOS. Also, normally online exchanger service will cost lots of fees.. So I think it's better to exchange balance with your own friend discreetly. Or if you don't have that friend, try to invest your money on one of elite site and cash it out via Paypal..

Hello Paypal doesn't allow exchange of cash between payment processors.None of the e-currency exchange sites deal with paypal. The only way for you to exchange paypal is in secret with your most trusted online friends. If at all paypal finds that you exchanged your paypal cash, your account will be limited. So,be careful and deal it privately.

The only way to exchange funds is with a trusted online friend. But,i warn you not to trust a guy unless you have known him for quite some time. There are certain forums that allow money exchange. The advantage of these forums is that the exchangers there are manually verified by the forums administrators so there is no chance of scamming. The disadvantage is that they charge a very high fee and also they do not deal with small amounts.I once did a similar transaction of 100$ with an exchanger and received 70$. So practically speaking there isn't a way.If you have a very good friend then ask him for an exchange.

no I don't have such a friend who uses both alertpay and paypal.. I have only $10 in alertpay, but it is there for more than 3 months.. I think It is not possible to make the transfer.. Do you know any shopping site which accept alertpay and ship the item to India??

There is no way to transfer money between these two accounts directly, and you won't find a website which offers this service without a fee which is a bit of a shame. Can't you link them up to your bank account and simply transfer the money between your two accounts? If you do this, you should find that you can get them from your other account, just with the stage of your bank account being in the middle. If you have a friend with both accounts who would be willing to do an exchange with you, then this could work, but you have to make sure that you are 100% comfortable with trusting your friend before you choose to do this.
