How many people around the world carry extra weight on their body? The numbers have got to be staggering. From 10lbs to 500+lbs, people go on doing nothing to change the position they put themselves in. For the people with this issue there is a way to change. You have to want the change the way your eating, exercising the body, etc. Can the medical world do something, yes but the procedures do nothing to strengthen the muscles in your body. The people become this soft thinner version of themselves with no increase in muscle strength. Mushy is the term to describe their bodies. Muscle eats fat the more active muscle the less fat will remain. So, bottom line you have to feed, work, and strengthen you body properly everyday.

So, all you're saying is that due to this issue or that the person is stuck with this overweight problem. I beg to differ, yes people do gain added weight from some medications but they also find themselves in a trap. The meds make them gain weight the extra weight gives them more health issues, so is it worth taking the medications for whatever problem or find an alternative? So what is the answer to their weight (extra weight)problem? Is it a catch 22 or do people hide behind the medication excuse. You see it's the persons choice and most of the people will op for the I get to complain and do nothing about it situation. So, blame what you will it's not a sound argument its a choice like any other choice.

Mushy? I don't wanna be mushy. But I don't wanna have big muscles either. As for me I eat moderately and I exercise regularly. When I eat more I exercise more. That is the best way to keep myself fit and I believe nothing can beat daily exercise in keeping our weight normal.
