How to tranfer money from my Alertpay account to my Paypal account? is it legal?

I want to transfer my monefrom my alertpay account to payal account.
I have searched in google, but was unable to find some good way to do this.
And I have also seen one post in a forum,that say,
if paypal finds that we have transfered money from alertpay, moneybooker or some other e-banks to paypal, then paypal will delete your account..
So is it correct? is it legally right to transfer money from Alertpay to paypal?
if its possible, please guide me to transfer my money from alertpay account to paypal account..

not really such as you can transfer money between different payment rpocssor using an exchanging website so you need pay some fees for this and surely if somebody was wrong neither paypal nor alertpay are liable about your funds because they are not invlved in virtual exchanging between different payment processors!!
