Adf.ly breaks frames!

I know most of you that are on online earnings have encountered clicking ads using Adfly, now my question is why does this site love to break frames and we do not get credited for the ads we click?
, it's good if they are sites like neobux or wordlinx where you have an option to stay on the page and prevent them from breaking frames but it's not true with the other sites, so what's it with adfly? It's a real piss off especially when clicking ptc sites, anybody got an answer? do people make money there at the expense of others?
