what do you think of new policy on paypal?

Starting April 1st paypal will institute a new policy about determining user authenticity using updated measures. Do you think this is a good thing or not? I'm not sure. In one way it is good if your account gets hacked and will lead to better security of accounts. In another way it is bad because they are asking information I would rather not give out to anyone. What is your opinion of this?

everytime paypal update their policies cause some trange effects o their members so i hope that this wouldn't be applied so often as you mentioned in your post so right now i didn't notice something like that so i will see in future..

Never heard it before.. Was it for certain country only? 
In another way it is bad because they are asking information I would rather not give out to anyone.
Come to think about it, we are giving our real name, date of birth and address here in myLot in order to get paid.. So, not sure about what I should say now..

Will it be for all countries? I've not actually heard about this. I've really only gotten back into online earnings recently myself. If they do this, well it depends on what the questions are. I would be a little weary on answering them, but I know paypal is trustworthy.

I have not noticed any upcoming changes, but I checked now and they really seem to be about to introduce some changes. Anyway, if it makes service even safer, I would not mind. Although, I hope everything will be easy to complete.

i dont like it, if they are asking for security number or sss number...there is security question anyways, that would suffice,,,it is scary to give your very personal detail online. to secure account in paypal just maintain a dollar and withdraw immediately any money you are expecting.
