can u manage sleeping alone without any companions?

I myself afraid if i sleep alone in my bed...U know ,my hubby will sleep in our net cafe to watch all those computers there.But i myself will sleep in our house together with my kids.But there were times that i am alone sleeping in our house coz my kids sometimes have their work during night shift.aND THAT TIME I FEEL AFRAID WHEN SLEEPING ALONE ESP. THAT I CAN WAKE UP AT I0CLOCK IN THE DAWN..tHAT TIME I CANT HARDLY SLEEP THINKING OF BAD THINGS.hOW ABOUT U MYLOTTERS? Have u experienced this?

Because of something that happened to me a long time ago, I am very afraid to sleep alone at home. I have over time gotten used to the idea as my man works on a Saturday night and I just can't stay up until 3 or 4am when he comes home, but it takes me quite some time to fall asleep while I am stressing myself out with worry.
