What is the best way to lose weight? How long does this method take? How many hours a week do i need to dedicate to this wight loss program?

To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you eat. So, you must either really ramp up your exercising (cardio work outs) or eat less. A combination of the two seems to work the best. Eat lots of protein and fiber, cut down on sugar, carbs, and fat... I just started a couple of weeks ago with a pretty good workout regimen, and I've lost six pounds so far. . It might not seem like a lot but it is to me!! Best of luck to you!!

I am actually a very fat girl. I am hoping that somebody could help me lose weight. :-) I hope someone can give me a good diet and exercise plan in this post. Thanks in advance!

at the minute im losing weight by cutting portion sizes down and also when ever i have a spare 10 minutes i go on my exercise bike. its there in my front room so i can just jump on whenever i can. i probably do about 6 x 10 minutes on the bike a day and i also do situps to tone my stomach. i am losing weight farely quickly. ive definately noticed a difference. i dont weigh myself though because ill know when im the size i want to be just by looking at myself.

I just try to stay active and fit. I haven't tried any weight loss program to lose weight. But if you are trying to lose weight and be healthier then you should do regualr exercise and eat healhty food too. Try and keep a good balance. First of all, you should stop eatcing all junk food and start to incorporate healthy snacks of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Also, start to do exercise regualrly. Losing weight and becoming healthier takes a lot of dedication and time...Good luck with your weight loss.
