now USA football is not weak anymore with the achievement from London Donovan, Tim Howard, Clint Dempsey, Bocanegra, it make USA football get respect from another team

yes redva now the USA football development is rapidly than our country football situation why?? because they never involve politic to be leader of football association

I agree with adhyz, USA is now not only about NBA, but also count on soccer, especially after the coming of Beckam and LA Galaxy become so popular in the world. They are also have great player such as Howard and Dempsey. I think they are one of great team in America now...

must understand that Parandelli bring many debuters player such as Borini and Govinco. I think the coach want try his second strategy if only Cassano and his main striker is not getting recovery on time. This is surprising result but I always believe Italy. They never give up and their mentality is very strong

I also disappointed why Parandelli didn't call up Balotelli, actually he's one of Italian striker by now. He even can play very well in EPL. Parandelli's reason is about bad temper of Balotelli. He didn't believe that Balotelli can hold his anger in such as important competition. He think that Balotelli can be trouble maker. In one of interview he said : "I don't want to bring player that will leave his friends fight with 10 players in field". But after this result, I wish he gives Balotelli the chance to prove. What do you think about Balotelli?? Can he hold his bad temper if he brought in Euro or will he disappoint Parandelli?

I think Ballotelli can make a difference to any game. But whether any manager can manage him or not is a completely different story. I think Mancini has done a good job of him so far, but even he is on the edge with the latest curfew that Ballotelli broke!! Cheers! Ram

I totally agree with Ram's statement. Those two combination is the factor that we can't deny about this poor result for Italy. They have new coach and starting eleven contain many "new" player.That's why I understand why Parandelli also not worry about the result. Let's just hope that they have enough preparation until Euro is coming so they can do their best. Balotelli is not involved in this game, do you think he can make a difference if Parandelli give him the chance, Ram?

of course, Italy is very historical football team. People may skip them, but when people skip them, they prove how great they are. Now Parandelli's job is to prepare their best team and make right selection. In difficult situation, Totti is brilliant player and also legend. It's a good news if Totti open his heart for Italy and Parandelli will call him to the national team. but I'm not sure since Parandelli type is the coach who love to maximize the young player -we can read him when he is still coach of Fiorentina. I hope that before preparation, Cassano, Aquilani and other important player is getting better from injuried and can help Italy. I also hope Parandelli give chance for Balotelli. Pazzini, Montolivo, Motta, Pirlo, Govinco, Borini, cs also need extra preparation. If bring the complete team, I'm sure Italy is ready
