Which show was it on? Criminal Minds, CSI?

There was an episode on one of these shows a year or so ago where one of the story lines was about this individual that dressed up in a shiny looking wet suit. They were double jointed or something. They hid in the tire well in a car trunk and when the car went through the car was they came out and killed the woman while her kid was in the back seat looking out the window. They also creeped and crawled up a staircase and came out of a closet and killed someone. It was a real spooky episode and they didn't catch the killer. Does anyone know which series it was on?
