anger is a normal emotion, together with love and other emotions. ya, so long as we still have the emotions of completeness, we must never angry. but either way the anger that still must be removed, because the issue was angry, good for our health. oke, now i want to ask, what does the most to make you angry? (just share 'LOL')

In my religion, there's a saying that if you're angry, you're the devil's friend. When you're angry, you'll do things that you'll later regret so it's better not to be angry and be friends with the devil. I try hard not to get angry over petty stuff like when my children don't pick up after themselves and when they don't help around the house. I will not scream at them. I will remain calm and will say something that will insinuate to them that I want them to help around the house and pick up after themselves. But sometimes when I'm tired and things don't go my way, I will become angry. It's been a while that I've been really angry about anything because my children are all old enough to care for themselves and there's no reason for me to be angry.
