I'm sure that some of my friends have noticed that I haven't been very active here for the past couple of weeks. I haven't been feeling well but hope that most of it is just the winter blues. I haven't been getting outside much since Christmas, even on sunny days. Hope to be back to my old self soon. Spring is coming soon and hopefully it will bring warmer weather. Blessings.

Hello there.
I see that we are in the same boat. Last month I went back home because it's holiday for my college. The duration was one week and of course for the whole week I spent my time with my family since it has been awhile from the last time I went home. For your information, at that time my little brothers ( two of them) had already have scabies but I didn't know. So when I came back to college I realized I had the symptoms like itchiness.
At that time I didn't go to the clinic cause I doesn't seems to have the time yet. Two weeks after that the itchiness increased and I had to take a day off to go to a clinic. Luckily for me, my class was cancel. ^_^ When I see the doctor, I told her about it (the problem I'm facing) and then she said "Maybe it is just an allergy. I'll give you an injection." I immediately refuse to get the injection cause I know I don't have any allergy. So she gave me other medicine like hydrocortisone (an ointment) and another two types of pills (forgot the name).
Two weeks have passed and I'm here right now writing this. My condition has worsen a little bit more. I want to get the right medicine but I don't want to see the same doctor again. :(

Hi !
Thanks for you prayer. Right now I feel slightly better after going back to my hometown and see a doctor here. The doctor here confirmed that I'm having scabies and had given the right medicine. She said it should subside in a week. I guess I'll be fine in two weeks or less.

Hi Pose,
Sorry to hear this. I know all about the winter blues. Believe it or not for me it works if I just grit my teeth and put on some warm clothes. Then I debate with myself sometimes for hours whether or not I will go outside. Fianlly when I make a bargain with myself to stop at my favourite coffee shop I usually go for a walk. Sometimes just around the block, sometimes just to the coffee shop, sometimes when I start walking I walk for an hour. I come home have a warm bath and my favourite cup of tea. Then I nestle on the sofa with a book and feel very pleased with myself. Often I fall asleep. Try going outside today just for 5 minutes. Hope you will feel better very soon.

Hello Pose, Im wondering why I can't see your post lately, It's alright if you take a rest first but see a doctor Pose for medication. The problem here is severe heat, Pose it's the reverse. Summer is starting here and so as much as possible we're inside the house or the sun will get you burn. Though there are umbrellas but still if we won't be careful we might be heat stroked. Take care Pose hope Spring would come soonest to bring you warm weather. I pray you feel well.

Hugs to you Pose123
Sending you warm rays of healing sunshine...
Hoping it will drench your mind and body and flood it with light...
Healing every cell, purifying every thought, removing sadness, fear, bitterness, heaviness
and replacing it with pure joy, happiness, contentment, and blessings.
See it. Feel it. Believe it.
On a practical note..
Wondering if a light box could help you a bit...
It has helped many get through the winter days with more joy and vitality.
You might also want to try a bit of meditation.
And of course eating some foods that are good for you.
Reaching out to those who need a bit of your sunshine and getting warm hugs.
And if needed, checking your body to see how it is doing and maybe talking with a therapist... as we are, after all, rather easy to talk to.
Hoping that you feel better soon.

Hi Pose~ It is nice to see you. I have also not been around much this
winter either. I have not been feeling well for quite awhile now. I
had an extremely bad case of Bronchitis which started around the holidays
and lasted well into January. I also had been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia
and Bursitis in October so was dealing with some severe pain issues and
depression from that. I am also looking forward to the Spring and hoping
that will cheer me up too! I hope you will also feel better soon! Hang
in there. Opal

I hope that you start to feel better soon. Yeah the winter isn't a fun time. I will be glas as well when it gets nicer outside. It's so much better to be outside and out and about. It does make the day so much better.

Hi Dominique, Thank you for your good wishes and I am feeling better. The clocks go ahead an hour this weekend and we are expecting a few sunny days after the storm we are experiencing tonight. I really think that some sunshine and fresh air will work wonders. Blessings.

Yes, Pose.. I've noticed you haven't been here. You should come down south here. we haven't even had any winter yet. We had about 4 cold days... but not freezing. It was 70 today when I went walking this morning. Hope you get to feeling better soon.
