Manly B00bs! how to get rid of it?

Mick seems to be getting, what is called 'manly b00bs!" and he is trying to reduce his food to reduce this b00bs of his.
is there any good excercise to get ti removed or burnt out?

I think exercise or going to the gym will help you out,my hubby had that too and when he started going to the gym and asked the gym instractor about it they assist him on what exercise should do. I don't know what it called but I'm sure going it will help you too.

Mick should eat a healthy diet and do lots of exercise. Maybe he could do sit ups and press ups. If possible he should go to work out at a gym three times a week. He could try running possibly. He should keep a close eye on his weight and reduce it slowly but surely.

Do benchpress or pushups. It worked out for me. After warming up i usually do benchpress with as much weight i can lift for 10 repetitions then slowly i reduce the weight and do more repetitions.
