I do sleep last night quite late due to internet surfing and mylotting.I still wake up the usual time I wake up everyday which is just right for me not to be late at work.I do have one hour travel time to go to work so I decided to sleep while on the trip.I have a nice one hour sleep on the road that really give me energy to work in the office.
Done with lunch,I decided to take a nap during break time to catch up some sleep but an office mate invite me to go to mall to buy something.Well ,change of plan,I join her to the mall cause I really need to buy something that I need in the office like toothpaste and some personal stuffs.Eventually before the break time ended, around one in the afternoon,we already get back in the office.
Now,after brushing my teeth,I really feel so sleepy and all I want is to lay down and sleep.Quite feel a bit dizzy maybe due to sleepiness that I'm feeling right now.I already go to the comfort room to wash my face to remove the sleepiness. It works for awhile but it is still there.
Now,I do plan to make a cup of really hot coffee that could help wake me up....
Well, now I have learned that never exchange the nap time during break in going to the mall to avoid the sleepiness that I'm going through right now. zzzzzzzzzzz

That is my problem too there are times in the afternoon that I tend to become too sleepy even if I am already doing something in order for me to prevent for being sleepy chances are I can't still be awake.

First off, there's a a lot of sleep talk in this article!! All you have to do is slowly start reducing the time of internet surfing or at least try to finish it earlier. When you get more sleep, your brain is more active in the day and who knows, you might become more efficient and maybe even get a nice big promotion. If the nap time is your usual sleeping time, do it , but see if you avoid it. Where I work, instead of a nap, I jog around the city, come back to work, take a shower and feel really refreshened. It's only when I reach home the tiredness comes in, but it's ok! :)

Lol, I remember I was so bored in the job I am currently doing as a medical centre clerk in an army camp, I felt asleep in front of the customers and I got away with that. I took a walk around my camp facilities and then had a drink of coffee and felt much better. Hahas, I was lucky once, dont try follow me Lol...
