I am thinking of wearing a ring with my birth stone embedded. This the astrologer says with cure most of my ills, financial, health and emotional and of course marriage. I am skeptical. Does birth stones based on ones date of birth and lucky charms really produce positive results?

Mmmm. I don't even know what my birthstone is! What I do wear everyday is my school ring, as at least I think it brings me luck and connects me to my homecountry, my father and grandparents, so that will have to do until I discover which is my birthstone!

Yes most of us havent bothered to know what our birth stone is.But when things are not good such people do play on the minds of the people and exploit their weaknesses. I havent invested in that yet.

it never worked for me neither did other stones they say are good against a certain disease or ... but you never know perhaps they work for you or just believing they do will work too? (power of positive thinking is healing as well so does: confidence and self esteem).

Most people who hae worn birth stones dont have much positive to say like you. They all attribute their success and failure s to fate and stones have nothing to do with it. But in our ancient scriptures some mention about the positive effects of stones are given in detail.

As for me, I have little faith in those lucky gemstones, birthstones, talismen and various kinds of amulets. In fact ,wearing precious stones cannot alter your fate. Can it?Luck, prosperity, well being,abundance...it is all there predestined...it is bestowed upon you right from the time of your birth. No external so-called help gadgets like gemstones and jewels could bring in undeserved wealth and prosperity. It is all a hoax!

I am not into lucky charms so I don't believe that much. But then if I just have that of course I am going to keep it and value it as my valuable material.

Yes an astrologer adviced me to wear a blue sapphire ring which will ward me oof my bad times financially. I dont have the money to buy it at 4000rs. So i kept postponing it. In the mean time i thought why not get some nice suggestions from my mylotter friends who will give unbiased opinions based on their experiences

I really don't believe in all these. But I wear moon-stone and an emerald which one day my mom came up and asked me to wear. I don't like it so I generally don't wear it. Whenever my mom sees I am not wearing it she shouts at me.
But trust me I have not seen or experienced any special effect on me of all these. I hate it. Its just waste of money! If stones could have changed fortune then no one on earth would have been sad! Trust me!

I don't believe in charms so I guess I never got one, let alone believe it works. Of course there are practice among the elders or even some of young villagers in using shaman and charms in my area. But I don't put much thought into them. I believe in hard work and God's will.

it worked never for me, neither one of those other stones they say are good against a certain problem or health issue. But might help with you, or perhaps the power of positive thinking will or confidence or self esteem.
