Money online team

These days I was thinking to create a little team of 4 - 5 persons and try to earn some money online.I want to create a serious team and together to look and buy useful programs for seo and another tools for marketing.As a team I want to search all the resources paid or free and start a new journey which end I hope to be the success for all my team.I sincerly think that 4-5 persons can take more wisely decisions than only one man.When you are part of a group you will be triggered to do your job better and as a team we will have even more fun.
What to you think about my idea any advice?
