My Idea is to use mylot in between alertpay and paypal..
We can use task section in mylot for this..
I know many people are here who have access and using both alertpay and paypal.
some one just need to put a task in mylot, Start a task like this..
send me 10$ in alertpay and I will give you a reward of something =8$ in mylot.
Getting 8$ or more (for 10$ alertpay)in mylot will help to reach the payout soon..
Also add necessary information to send money from alertpay to the task creator's account.
In return the task creator can send money as mylot money..
money in mylot = money in paypal..
But someone should come up host this kind of task, anyone interested pm me, I have 10$ in alertpay and need to transfer it to paypal..
But i dont know how much mylot will charge for this task and is it applicable.
If it is possible then my idea will turn out as a solution for many Indians..
And Mylot will get good revenue and more members with this kind of task..
share your views..

If you KNOW that such a transfer is impossible and illegal, then it is NOT appropriate to set up a task to do it!

First of all, the Terms of both Alertpay and PayPal prohibit this.
Alertpay:
"6.2. Activities Not Allowed
The sale, solicitation, offering, exchange or service of the following:
...
Payment processors or any aggregation type services"
PayPal:
PayPal's restrictions are less specific and harder to locate but this page has, I believe, substantially the same restriction at #3: http://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=ua/AcceptableUse_full&locale.x=en_US
Second, by offering such a service, you would lay yourself open to numerous fraudulent and questionable transactions. Quite apart from the questionable legality of such a service according to the Terms of both payment processors, there have been many cases where fraudsters have received goods or services and have then cancelled or stopped payment or have used false accounts in order to defraud. You would almost certainly eventually encounter a fraudster and, even if you were able to operate the business for a while without coming to the attention of the sites, you would eventually be discovered and both accounts would be liable to limitation, if not to closure. You could find yourself very much out of pocket, as a result!
Finally, I don't believe that the Terms of MyLot would permit you to use the Tasks area for this service. You should read the Terms and the description of 'Tasks for Creators' very carefully indeed and also ask MyLot if it is permissible.

Well ! First of all your idea is stupid at all, because no body do this..
Now your problem of $10 which you will transfer to your Paypal account well no doubt you may try some currency exchange processor..
Second you have other option to invest this money in some good and real paid site like JSS where you purchase a 1 position with $10 which pay you $0.20 per day, or Invest this amount in MBC where you may purchase referrer share with $10 i.e. 2 referrer shares which will pay you $0.22 per day and than through MBC you payout your money with Paypal...
If i have $10 in my AP i never miss a opportunity to invest the money in some real and legal site to gain some money with it, as you say you have 3 month of that monry in AP, But to say ? So invest today and gain Tomorrow.....

I do not think this is a good idea. And if it is, you have done a great mistake by posting it in mylot. Mylot admin will see this and will never accept any type of such tasks. SO, in the first action, you have made a great mistake.

It can be an alternative, but the task creators should consider about fraud disputation as well..
There might be a case after the task creators approve the submission and gives payment to a worker, that worker start to open dispute to get his AlertPay money back..
Now it's back to "trust". Can you trust "stranger" enough?
