Early this morning I decided to walk from my house going to the market. A little to far that it takes maybe 1 kilometer. I just want to make a little stretch and walking. But the heat of the sun gives me head ache for the whole day. That's why I rest, sleep and unfortunately I did not log in mylot.
A pity that I was ready to be my everyday routine. Maybe I will just change the time of my walking. I will try to walk in the afternoon so that there is no heat.
How about you? Do you walk to make this your exercise? What time of the day you like to walk?

Here, the hottest part of the day is in the afternoon. In the morning, it's usually cooler and comfortable for walking or outdoor activities. If I were you, I'd just choose the best part of the day and walk then. I don't walk every day, but try to do it three or four times a week. It's winter here now so I go out when it's warmer in the afternoons.

Unfortunately I've gave up on training and exercising during the cold season.
I wanted to start doing some push-ups every day or two, but the lazy me could not comply.
Maybe now that spring is here I can start running a little in the morning, and after that some push-ups.
I think the best time to exercise is in the morning, before you take your breakfast. Than you take a shower, and eat.

Hmm how I love to do some exercise in the morning, and maybe walking on the afternoon is better for me. So also my skin will not get dark. I'm already tan and I don't want to make it darker.

I would usually walk mid morning but have discovered it's just too hot in summer time. I mostly don't sweat so my body over heats and I get sick. I have changed to working in my yard for exercise and also doing the house work more often.
Our shops are 60 kilometres away so I just walk for half an hour. I will need to go earlier, around sun-up or, I will need to wait for winter or, I will need to set my treadmill up again. It's in storage right now.

Yesterday I had a walk with my dog, I enjoy the morning since the sun is hiding, I was surprised when my dog got tired first and he walks too slow.

I walked early this morning too. It was just after 8 this morning when I went for a 2 mile walk. It took me an hour. I walk with my 2 canes so I can manage. I liked getting out. I did the same thing yesterday and the day before.

I used to think that the song about "only mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the mid day sun" was a joke until I visited Indonesia and made the mistake of going outside the hotel to walk to a nearby shop at noon. I had gone a short distance, when I realised that I was not going to make it but instead, I was going to get fried, so I went back in the hotel until the sun had gone down a bit......I mainly use my mountain bike for exercise these days as it is as beneficial to your health but more fun than walking.....though the problem here is cold, not heat...(it can be difficult to walk or cycle on ice)....

I go to morning walk daily at early in the morning. Then the sun is not over my head. So i am not tired. I think you also go into early morning.

Morning stroll done in a regular pattern of activity does wonders for your healthy living status. Walking in fact soothes those painful joints ..it relieves the past day's hectic tension filled activity schedule..

If you want to make it a routine in your life. There are several things that you can do to help you not have headaches from the heat and really enjoy your walk.
1) Try and carry some water with you. Take small sips through out the walk. This will help keep your body hydrated.
2) Wear a hat. The heat from the sun can be horrible. But, if you keep your head cooler, it will help. It also helps keep the sweat from running into your eyes.
3) Find good walking shoes. They don't have to be sneakers necessarily, although they should be comfortable and something that can be worn for long distances.
4) When starting out. Keep it short for the first few times you start a routine. That way, you will be more inclined to keep up with the new exercise routine.
5) Enjoy it.. Take deep cleansing breaths as you walk and enjoy what is around you.
6) Change up the walk. Don't always walk the same route, change it up for a new look at scenery and such. This will help keep you motivated to keep walking.
7) Do something good for the environment. Given that there are a lot of slobs around the world, carry a small bag with you to pick up rubbish along the way. Bending and moving in other ways will add to the over all walk and make you feel good inside. You are helping the environment and making things look nicer around you.
Hope you have a great walk and keep moving!

The heat is really getting quite unbearable. Summer is definitely here. I do my almost-regular walks at dawn, just as the sun is about to rise. The air is still cool at that time and the sun's heat is still bearable. Besides, they say that the morning sun is healthy for us.

Look, I tell you frankly, I'm a bit lazy, so I do not like taking long walks. In fact, I often move by bus or even by car. I know however that walking is good exercise and good for your physical health. If I had to choose, however, when walking, scrap the idea of ??doing it in the sun and even less on a cold winter day. An average temperature of 20 degrees.

Hello, maybe you just have to start walking a little bit earlier cause the sun is hotter this time of year in our country. Although walking in the afternoon is also good (not earlier than 4) I think walking in the early morning is still best cause you are finished already to do more work for the rest of the day.

Walking is good for your health, I try to walk every day if I can.
I'm sorry you didn't feel well - yes, it seems better to choose another time of the day when it's not so hot. Usually when I go outside in one of the first warm and sunny days of the year, I get a headache and get sunburnt.

That's because you have winter there and us here were in summer now. And I think it is true that the ozone layer is already destroy that's why the heat of the sun is too hot not like before.

Walk is a very healthy way to protect our body to feel good, to be younger, stronger and fool of life. SOME YEARS AGO I USE TO Swim and I love it very much it's also very healthy after that I use to walk in every evening after work and some rest.Unfortunately I do not do anything now as for sport but I want to.I think that very near I'll walk again.

Morning walk is something I never did for a long time. First its hard to wake early especially when you are to tired and if walk when the sun already high its will be to hot.
Now I prefer to walk in gym with treatmil because I can do it when ever I had time. I usually go there in the afternoon after I do all my task.
