Yesterday, I made the decision to quit my job. It wasn't one that I truly wanted to make but felt it was the right time to do so. However, I am still feeling some regrets about doing so.
I guess with having a life changing moment there are a full realm of aspects that go along with it.
It makes you wonder if you should way the pros and cons before doing something so drastic in your life.

life is full of choices.. and those choices are all plastered on ur pros n cons.. so next time,. u need to think n weight them to know which is the best option... a life chnging moment is when u decide and never regret the outcome as long as it is what u really want... :D doing something drastic are for people whose life expectancy are less than those who arent, have u ever watched the bucket list? they are excempted to make drastic move... they also say na., when u dont do something stupid in your life, ua re not living,,.. for that i dare disagree.. doing something stupid will put u into danger n worst it could kill u..... so think,,, b4 doing something out of character.. :D good luck myfrend:D

Yes we must think really well, it's nice to live an impulsive life but that can end in a kiss for example, now work or spending money must be at least a little planned, when we make life altering decisions stressed out or angry it can surely become the bad choice.

It is really normal to change decision when it comes to work pace as well. I mean of course you are still finding growth for your career.

The hard part is the fact as to how much I truly loved my job. I enjoyed knowing that I was making a difference and that I was doing something good. But, when someone else starts taking credit and they start being a tyrant and yelling at me for things they have done wrong. That's when the line gets drawn.

There's always a lesson learned in every action that we made. I had read online a discussion about people who regret in quitting their jobs. When I had my first job, I made sure that I will resign at the right time, the time where the opportunity that I had been waiting is within my grasps. But there was a down-sizing in the company, so I was retrenched.
Anyway, As I've said said. You can't go back on what had happened. Learn from it. Just think that things happen for a reason.

I have to agree. Don't take things for granted. I loved my job but the minute someone wanted the credit for what I was doing, they decided to get nasty. I don't get people. If they would work with me, things would have been fine, but oh, no. She decided to be a tyrant. Oh, well, she can clean up the mess she made.

What was the reason you had quit specifically? Sometimes I would like to quit but I have to much responsibility, but if its something that makes you happy then go for it there is always plenty of room for opportunity and progression.

I had a lot of responsibility as well, I weighed the odds a bit. My husband is quite supportive over what I did. Although, it will be a cut in our income for a little while. Its worth not coming home with the level of stress that I was under for the past 6 months that I was working for this agency.

Hi there! When it comes to decision its really hard when you did not think it twice or more because when things are done, we can no longer undo things in normal way.Everything has prons and cons and we have to face them after all... Its a matter of time when we realized some things that already happenedn don't worry you will find a new job better than beforen just believe in yourself. Good luck..

Thanks for the confidence booster. I actually didn't even look at the pros and cons. I just did it. Got so frustrated and fed up with the way my boss was treating me, I cleaned out my office and turned in my letter of resignation. I feel happier today than I have in the last 6 months.

I think you did the right thing and it's more because you have to make a new start you feel a bit weird or perhaps regret.
but don't, see it as a new start and so many challenges you will have!
Congratulations to you!

When making big decisions like the one you just made I really carefully weigh the pros and cons of doing so. If the pros really are that much better and there are more of them than cons I will make the decision happen. It really isnt easy to make big decisions and I suggest you take your time when thinking of them before doing anything.

Nah i think u should quit u`re job the moment u feel it. We need to work with pleasure and enjoy it, once it becomes a stressfull annoying work it will only bring u down. I always quitted my job when i felt that i wasn`t appreciated enough or it became so boring and stressfull.
