popularity is not gurantee of quality

it's not neccessary that mostly peoples spreading popularity through his quality ..
it may be something else .and peoples identified by two reasons generally that is good and bad attitude ...
so we can't say popularity is gurantee of quality"....!!!
what are your opinion about this....???

biggest example of this quote are politicians
they are very famous n popular
but when comes to quality they guys are worst
they don't even know what the quality means

yeah , of course
they are nothing but always showing .......it's not necessary for those peoples who having so much quantity ( as a black money or money)and also good quality

they used to keep their black money abroad to make it vanish from public view
but they people will have to get exposed in order to maintain the sanctity of society

i think , that is also indicating qualities but not necessary it occurred always
