I am convinced that if you want to make real money, not just pocket change one must go out and get a "real job". I have been taking surveys and reading e-mails for years. I get pocket change which is nice but it's not going to get me out of debt. I pick cans up and that helps too.

You will not earn residual money by just reading email, taking surveys, or even by discussing in myLot. But there are some other ways to earn big from internet, but you need to set things up first, and work harder and smarter.
But personally, at this time, I agree with you. If I want to earn decent money, I should go out and get a real job instead of staring at my PC..

I agree with you too. I only do these things in my free time to make a few extra dollars here and there. I don't count on it as providing a full source of income but it's nice when I reach the payout and can put some money towards things like diapers or maybe buy myself a "treat." I think it's good to do in free time but not necessarily to rely on doing these things completely and think that you don't need a real job.
