how to lose weight in a natural way?

i really wanted to know how to lose weight cause i think im way to heavy for my height, . Im 121 lbs and my height is 5 ft, i almost tried every means to lose weight but to no effect. Can somebodY answr or give me an ided how to effectively lose weight in a natural way?

Is this a trick question? You have to exercise and do dynamic workouts that challenge your body to adapt. The key to doing effective exercises is building up your core so that you don't put as much stress on your body.

In hindsight, if you're 5 ft and 121 lbs, your body max index is in the normal range so I don't think you should worry that much. Just try to stay active and basically watch what you eat. That's the natural way to do it.

Your height seems to be very fine with your weight. I would not encourage you to lose alot of weight but instead you should try and eat healthy so as to maintain your weight. You can only know whether you need to lose some weight by knowing your BMI. Eating a well balanced diet, exercising and eating the required amount can help you in losing some weight/maintaining your weight.

Well this isn't very "natural" but at the same time it is. If you can stand it, I'd suggest drinking one or two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar a day for about two weeks. It helps spped up metabolism while cutting fat, and supposedly you won't gain any fat back from what you lost. Not sure how true that last statement is though. Now it's not exactly the safest way to go about it but it's good. I need to start walking myself, walk atleast twenty minutes a day around the block and back to cut some fat and clear my mind as well. Even walking helps. A stationary bike or regular bike will also help with that.

For your height i'm pretty sure that is a good weight. But a good way to stay in shape and toned is to watch what you eat and exercise regularly. Walking daily is good for many things. Including losing weight. Watching your sugar, and sodium intake as well.

In order to lose weight naturally, there are a few things to follow. Obviously drink lots of water. Cut out an beverages that contain sugar! Watch your sugar and carb intake. Eat a salad before your meal so that when you eat your meal you are not as hungry. Excerise as well even if it is only a walk a couple times a day. Good luck to you!
