I sold a musical limited edition package to him and after he received it he claimed a dispute to paypal that his items arrived all broken, he described every part of it broken which was hihly unlikely and I sent it with fragile package and paid over $80 for shipping for which he only paid me $20, so I already lost here lots of cash, but I let him be, but now his dispute issitting in my paypal account and preventing me to withdraw payment from other buyer who bought something for me as paypal automatically put the amount in dispute on hold, so please anyone tell me what to do to tell paypal he's a scammer and wants stuff free and win over cash? cause I'm losing $180 + $130 (on hold) to him if he wins and its horrible, I aint raining money and I need this cash also to send stuff to other buyser that just bought something from me and I have his funds that he sent to me now on hold. Someone please help and advise me fast. Those experienced preferably, thank you very very much my fellow mylot friends :) and what does it mean to escalate dispute? and I wrote in there that all items that I sent are in perfect condition and I even have proof pics of those, should I add them for paypal to see he's lying? how do I convince them, so I don't lose?

i think he is not good buyer..
you must claim to ebay and paypal
tell both of them what happen to you
of course when you make report to both of them, attach some picture proof about transasction between you and your unhonesty buyer..
do it quickly

how do you mean? and yes he usually buys stuff I see and he has good reputation cause I guess he only files claims after he's got feedback, he did same with me. he's got blue star (76) feedbacks and I got 4, cause I dont sell that much, but how to convince paypal here that he files disputes after he's received 'good' feedback? he's now contancted me on ebay excusing himself that he cant send me images of damaged goods that he's not at home and I think he waits for 20 days to pass for paypal to decide themselves and thinks he can win then, and he opened a dispute on 20th of Feb, so it's soon gonna be 20 days and he hasnt replied anything after me in paypal dispute comments...

I have experience with this. Escalate the dispute, it means you are serious and that you are going to fight this. Send copies of everything you have to Paypal, including the pictures and receipts even if the receipt is not in English. Request that he send you pictures showing the broken item, in the box with your shipping label on it.
Also, did you get the item insured when you shipped it?
This could take weeks to clear up, and even though Paypal could decide in your favor, the buyer could stil win his money back if he did a chargeback with his credit card or bank card.
I would sent out the other customer's item and just use your own money to pay for shipping if you can because you do not want to have to deal with two disputes.
Also file a seperate complaint about the buyer with ebay, even though Paypal and Ebay are connected. Ebay probably won't do anything about it, but it doesn't hurt to at least file a complaint. I happen to know for a fact that after so many complaints about the same customer Ebay actually will suspend their account but that will only happen if sellers file Ebay complaints.

thank you very much all of you answering this discussion. turns out, buyer was a bigger scammer than I thought. In the end he just got cold feet, didnt even respond anymore after I asked him to provide pictures of broken goods, neither he responded to dispute when he was given a timeframe to return items to me inorder to get his cash back, so honestly I don't know what he was trying to achieve, he either didnt know how paypal system works (that an item has to be returned) and hoped he could get away with getting it free, or he was just plain playing around. All in all, I won the dispute even though it made me mad him wasting my time, thus me having to delay shipment of another item to other buyer.
