Personally I think making money with business will be more challenging. I don't say it's harder, as it would totally depends on many factors.
But if you want to earn more money, it's better to take the business way.
Bill Gates started his business, and now there's Microsoft.
Steve Jobs started his business, and now there's Apple.
Mark Zuckerberg started his business, and now there's Facebook.
Business could earn you more money. That's why I think making money with business way will be more challenging.

yes Varier I agree with you in buisiness you risk your own money and resources so it becomes more challenging to get your investment and profit back while in job a person gets a passive worker learning and earning on money of someone else and even he gets paid for the same .........
Thanks for sharing .........

There is no such things as easy in this life specially earning money in good ways. I tried to have my own business and it only last for 2 years. I just learn that the small capital you have the small profit you have. Still you don't have regular income you don't know if you business will be popular to everybody everyday. So you don't have stable income. When your in a job you have regular income but you can't hold your time because you have a boss. The best thing we can do to earn more is to have a double job one full time and one part time so that we can cope with our expenses.

wow lynboobsy11 we must not forget that failure are stepping stone to success ......
In my view business fail less due to lack of money but reason of failure are mainly lack of planning .....
We must plan effectively lack of money becomes problem
since we keep thinking in our mind ohhh we have small money
Rather we must choose business that require only low investment and we still should do the same business like a king and not like a beggar always thinking we have low investement .........

hi Ganesh,where are you from?
Generally business definitely widely,as job may one of them, like the sale job is a small business, you can set up the company with yourself only.so it's your job and the meanwhile the business, but from my friends experience business can earner much more money than the job,but business gains the high risk,we all know that the risk is sruvied with the rate for the money, investment has the rick depenf in yourself.
Job can also be fine to earning for living and comfortable but be employed by the other people no freedom at all,so frankly speaking most of all want to do the business than the job, especailly in Our China and the people live in shenzhen city with the big pressure, who looks like the mechanical human being but not the posotive any more,as they aim to strive for moeny not the life.

There is no easy money for both options.
As an employee, you have no choice but to wake up early, do the 12 hours job and finished with brain drained. Regularly, you need to set up yourself in good clothings, accesories, meal and drinks and social duties.
Disadvantage:You are under pressured by your superior
Advantage- you have regular paycheck every payroll.
As of to your own business, it's the same..You need to manage, monitor, forecast, plan and compete to make your company grow and be stable all the time. Disadvantage: No regular nor specific income for a day.
Advantage: There is someone to do this duties because your now on the top.

Having your own business is always the best way to earn money. It's like having a job and getting paid by the double. You start out your business, work hard on it. You earn! But it's not that simple, being in the business requires time, patience and even some money upfront. And if you don't have the skill to run a business you may run the risk of losing it. Having a job isn't so easy either. But you are guaranteed a fixed income. Pay check to pay check. Till you get fired or something. In a nutshell having your own business is always the best. But you have to consider all the factors involved in running a business no matter if it is a small start up business. :)

Job makes you into someone you are not. Business helps you to find who you are.
Both have advantages and disadvantages. If one is desperate for money or has less source, he/she should go for a job. On the other hand, if there is a breathing time, business is a good option.
When it comes to business, the family shouldn't expect income from the business for survival. Sometimes, the profits has to be reinvested for the growth of the business. (First two years are crucial in that aspect.)
Nothing is easy, either job or business.

Your own business is great because you are your own boss. It does come with risks though will you be able to make it with your own business or not. A job for someone is somewhat secure and the check should be there for the work that you do. There are many positives and negatives for each one.

It depends. It can either be through business or through working or employment. Tagging an activity like money generation or earning money as easy is subjective. It depends on how the individual feels about the process of doing so. If the individual is enjoying doing business and has the passion and know how in doing so, definitely earning through businesses can be easier for him. But to some others, getting into business is hard. They are just not comfortable doing so. Hence, if they tried to make money going after putting up a business with their heart and character not fitting well to it, it will surely be a difficult and rough ride for them to earn the money. But if they are passionate in the work that they are doing in a job setting, it will surely be less of a hassle for them, hence quite easier for them to earn money working rather than through doing businesses. I hope I have put across my points in here. Just my two cents.

Bussiness let you earn much money thats for sure, but for me its hard because when your not good at it you will lost your money you have invested, while having a job is easy less thinking on your part ,but less earnings too,you have a boss which sometimes not so goos,so this is the disadvantage, while if you have bussiness you earn more money but you have to work a lot at first so you keep your bussiness growing and the fruits of it will come later and makes you more relax.

Hello Ganesh44
I want to try answer your question about which is Easier Making Money in Business or Making Money in Job?
Firstly I want to say, "I'm Sorry my english no good, but I want to try answer".-
two both of making money in business and making money in job, need sincerity and discipline to run it.
But to run business requires knowledge of what business will be run.
Whereas to do the job, just requires sincerity to do so. In other words, be as usual.

Business will bring you more money but it is a very risky endeavor. It is a gamble because not all businesses succeed. Being employed will bring you money too in a stable way but will not make your investment increase.

Hello, base on what i've read and have some research about financial stability, I think doing business is the best way to earn a living that you can have your money roll fast and make you rich fast than you do a job or just an ordinary employee alone. In business your income is not fix, it can be good and more or it can be bad. But if you have just have proper planning business is good for a better living in terms of money and to have a financial stability.

I appreciate your knowledge about business and choosing more challenging tool that is business to earn living ..........
In ancient time I agree yes jobs were best but these days I think business is better since private jobs are getting cheap day by day and employer too is not willing to cooperate with employees.....so small business is better than a big job .......

I think that it depends on what kind of person you are, and whether you thrive on stress or not. If you're the type of person who gets stressed when you have to meet deadlines, then owning a business probably isn't the best thing for you to do with your life. You would be much better just in a job where you would get paid just for being there, whether the business that you are working for was successful or not. However, if you are driven and strong, then you would probably find that owning a business would be better for you, as you would be able to reap the rewards when your business was making a large profit for you.

so GemmaR I believe you have explained very nicely what it takes to be a businessmen/businesswomen .......yes in business we have to take plenty of risk and where risk is involved we have to bear lot of stress so if a person can not bear stress he or she should not go into business and should stick to a job while if a person i good enough to face day to day stress than only I think he is suitable for doing business......
Thanks for sharing ..........

When you are just starting out, it is easier to earn money from a job than in business. But once you have set up the system of your business to run on its own, things become easier and surely outperform making money with a job.

I think business is the easier prosess to make a lot of money.
Job is sucure but there you get not a lot money.
In business you get lots of money. But it is not sucure.
So you invest your money a secure place. And enjoy whole life.

Hi Ganesh,
Both Job and business are two different aspects. off-course both is for earning money, those who dont want to work under anyone they can start a business and be a boss. But some people want to work with other guys. For those type of people business is not suitable. A business man needs perfect planning otherwise it will be waste of starting business. In business every movement is tense, but in Job, starting it is tense, later it is cool.

hello there, i think it depends on the person or people.. One person will earn money easier in business/sales because of its passion to do business and sales, and they are open to any opportunities. On the other hand, some people are not open to any businesses or sales but rather work hard to earn a lot... :)
