If your child is showing signs of kidney failure, it could be that they have been using s designer drug called Spice. Three young adults in Colorado have been hospitalized & are in serious condition from using Blueberry Spice which is a synthetic form of marijuana. Sadly, by the time the symptoms manifest, the person is in critical condition. I'm pretty sure that when asked about illegal drugs most would deny it thereby prolonging the diagnosis & chance of early treatment. How would you react to finding out your child is using dangerous drugs???

I have never heard of spice. Sounds nasty. I would sit my child down and discuss the health risks. As an early teen I was taken to a local mental hospital and saw a young man who had had a bad acid trip. All that he could say was "I'm and orange. Peel me." Over and over again, all day every day. That was enough to put me off. I'll stick to spice in my curry thanks!
