doing things like computers

Hi Shweta! Human beings can not be like machines e.g. computers, even if we wish. We as a humans have very complex system of our brain which keeps thinking and finding out the ways to come out of any trouble. The power of our mind is amazing and beyond our imagination. However, machines have limited role and they won't perform beyond that. If we get the power to control our life like computers, we will become mechanical and there would be no surprises in our life. Intricacies of life keeps us going. We do not know what is in store for us and that makes us work harder.

Well , I wish sometimes I had the save and load functions like there is in long games. You can save your current status and make a progress , if something went wrong , you can load the saved condition and start from there again. I could start my software engineering studies again but with some lessons about how to do them better. I would also do some things differently over again. The best thing we can do is plan in advance before we start something. If we see something will go wrong , we can change our plan and it's like a save and load. But we can't take the time back.

i want to control my life also but i guess that is impossible. because we are human and because we are human we have emotions. emotions are are hard to control and that life is not as easy and perfect as a computer can be. but you have a good idea by comparing life with a computer :)

Hi shwetat195, The simple answer is that we are not a machine. Human beings are far too complex and even though science has made tremendous improvement in making machines (robots) that can do some of the stuff that humans do I doubt that there ever will be a time when a machine can behave completely like a human being. But why would you want to be like a machine or a computer. Wouldn't it be more meaningful and exciting if you could make your own quirky decisions rather than follow some fixed patterns of behavior by pressing a few buttons?
