unwanted e-mails

hey guys my inbox is always full with mylot e-mails,whenever any of my friend start discussion i get notification by e-mail.I dont want these notification emails. But i dont know how to stop these mail. Plz help me and tell that how can i stop them. regards

You can change your email preferences. Go to the link 'Preferences' at the top. There you will see a link 'Notifications'. You can uncheck all the notifications that you don't want.

Go to friend, and then switch off the notification under your friend photo!
