You are not sick. It happens to my mom many times. We guessed she was having a nightmare. She will then tell us that she was shouting and calling us but none of us can hear her I was already asleep beside her. She says she was calling me and screaming so loud but there was no voice coming out from her, and she can;t even move.

oh What do you mean you cant move your body and cant talk? Is that a one time occurrence? There are lost of possibilities but to play it safe you better go and have a consult with your physician. We can never be too sure, after all we are talking about life. I will not mention what i think are the possibilities why you experience it because there are many factors to consider. Thanks!

Feelings or rather emotional disturbances make you feel those uncertain things which are sure to harm your person to a great extent in the long run . So why be led away by those foul thoughts!

Sounds to me like you had what they call sleep paralysis, that is often caused by having a nightmare that you can't remember the content of, or even that you had been dreaming.

I have never heard of that before that when you awaken and can't move or talk that you've been disturbed by a ghost.
Are you sure you weren't dreaming that you woke and couldn't move or talk?
I think you should talk to your doctor and find out what is happening maybe it's a warning sign for something more serious.
