buying backlinks guide

Need some advise so i will not end up wasting my money on useless backlink..
I have an online store and my target market are mostly Malaysian, i think it will consume lots of time to create backlinks for my site. So im planning to buy those backlinks...
I have never buy any baclinks before, so what are the things i need to know when im buying backlinks?

I am also making my sites and If you need to links up your articles then it would be good...By this you can backlink your content to mine and get the traffic...
