How long should I wait for a check?

I interviewed with this guy at a Starbucks. I was to make calls from home setting appointments for him. It is a small TV station offering 1 month of advertising for 229.99. I was to set 5 appointments a day, good appointments. That sounded easy because of the low price. The first two days I did. The next day I set two, which he said was really disappointing and makes it hard to pay me.The next day I rebounded and he was happy and said we all have our bad days. On Wednesday of the second week he said he would get me my money this weekend. A few days later he said he does not like to rely on resumes because sometimes there's misspellings and asked me to e-mail him my name and address. I did. There were a few more days where I did not set 5 appointments. The pay is 15.00 an hour. I started January 30th and have not got one paycheck. I brought it up to him and he said I should have gotton paid by now. He is going to send this girl out and deliver it to me. This was last thursday. In the meantime, searching the internet, I have not found one bad thing on this guy. I have set over 50 appointments for him. I know of 3 that have sold, because he told me.
