There are all sorts of cremes these days, for all kinds of skin condition.
The main thing that influences the skin aspect are the things you eat.
If you eat a lot of greasy food, your body will get rid of the fat that isn't necesarry through the excretory system, that includes the skin as well.
I don't want to insinuate that you have a bad alimentation, but I don't want you to waste money on expensive products, when the problem is another one.

Well chocholate isn't the healthiest thing that you could eat.
Also try and get rid of the bread in your alimentation.
The aditives and preservatives in the bread we buy, not that that we make at home, are very harmful. Also the sugar in bread is very high, and it doesn't have much nutritive value, so you can eliminate it from your shopping list.
At least that is my advice, :).

If you wanted to have a clean and smooth skin you must eat a complete diet.Avoid fatty foods and just eat plenty of vegetables and fresh fruits.Drink plenty of fresh juice and plenty of water so that you could have plenty of liquid in the body to help cleanse your system that promotes you to have a glowing and beautiful skin.Have plenty of sleep and avoid mid night snacks so that you may avoid getting sick of diabetes.

Hello my dear berting600,
thanks for answering my question.
I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, but after that I am still hungry and I just need to eat something more. I do not eat snacks, I know they are bad for the health.
I will start drinking more water, but I have heard that drinking a lot of water is not good for your kidneys.
