Feeding Program

Does anyone here tried to participate in feeding programs?
We had it a couple of times but yesterday was the best. We visited an evacuation center and brought a smile to the victims of typhoon sendong who claimed several lives and destroyed thousands of houses here in our place.
The feeling was great. We were able to bring Jollibee to the place, play with them, let them eat and gave them some personal things and medicines as well.
How about you, if given the chance are you willing to spend time to participate in a feeding program?

It is a great feeling to be able to participate in this feeding programm bring some smiles to the faces of these victims of typhoon, see them eat with the food you donated, share their sorrow and pain, it make your life worth while as every minute you spend in a feeding program is for worthy cause purposes. You have to be physically present in the shelter in order to feel the joy and personal satisfaction, i have no doubt about that as i had past experience on it, i understand exactly how you feel. Keep it up for your own sake and those less fortunate around you.
