Black magic is cosmic power which can only harm somebody. It is distructive. Cosmos has both energies + and -.

Yes, I think it most probably does, but all good users of magic would only uses their abilities in a helpful way, the first rule of magic as I understand it being "Harm none". I believe there are more things in our world than we can understand or imagine.
