Hello all! I have an issue with dvd burning. I am using Nero 11 as my dvd burning software , so here's the thing, there is no problem with the burning process. It would say at the end that it was successfully burned but when I viewed the contents of the dvd, nothing shows up, it is blank. But when I inserted it in my dvd player, here it is. I saw all those files I've burned. So what's the problem? I don't think it's the dvd I bought because I tried it many times and I get the same results. Or is it the software I used? Can anyone give light to this one? A response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I guess I have to consider this one. I just think there's something wrong with my hardware, I hope all will be fine after I do this. Thank you for your suggestion, demthea!

sometimes it happen to me too... i don't know exactly what happen, but my guess is the optic of the dvd-rom is not sensitive enough to read some data but still good enough to read other disc. Once i tried two brand of dvd disc to burn the same data and one disc can be read and one cannot be read on the same dvd-rom, but on other dvd-rom both disc can be read.

There are few dvds which I can read after it was burned but most of it are not being read. Ahh, so the problem is in my hardware? You're saying it can be read by other computers with a different dvd rom, right? Thanks for this surfer222!
