Its another major work out system. Will cost you 39.99 a month for 3 months plus shipping. I did a search on ask.com and brought it up. Unfortunately I have to try other methods. I have spinal desinegration and a lot of these work outs would finish me off. But for someone in good health, and want to work out and push themselves it might be a good program for them.
