I still can't get over the fact that the Colts cut Manning because they didn't want to pay him so many millions. I'm a huge 49er fan and would be tickled pink to see him come to Frisco, but I would also be happy to see him come play for the Titans. So by Wednesday we should find out "hopefully" for sure of where he's going next.

It would be interesting if Peyton Manning would play for the 49ers and even the Titans! Where ever Peyton Manning announces where he will sign with, it will be great to see him play again! The 2011 season was not the same without him playing!

I agree it wasn't the same without him playing. Which proved that the colts needed Manning.

There are probably about 2 teams in every division in football who would ditch their guy to go with Manning. So he will have a job if he wants it. He will be healthy enough eventually. One thing people forget about "football age" is that you have to take injuries into account. Vinny Testaverde and Brett Favre played so long at QB because they were relatively healthy throughout, especially Favre. He was the ironman. The same holds true for Peyton. In QB years, Peyton's only 32. He can probably play until he's 40, barring injury. Peyton will have a longer career starting now until he's finished than at least half of the QBs coming out in this year's draft. That nerve is nothing to worry about. And the next team he goes to will get one of the greatest QBs to ever play. The Colts were dumb for this one. They should have traded that top pick for some talent. They could have picked a team clean and got another high first round pick to go after a receiver or a D back.

It looks like Peyton Manning is going to play again. Alot of teams are interested in him, like the Broncos. I heard Manning wants to stay in the AFC. We will see. We do know the Packers,Giants and Siants don't need a QB at this time! You're right Brett Favre was in Ironman but he wasn't the last year he played! Favre was banged up alot of the times during his career. He will have arthritis in his right hand and fingers. He probaly will have knee replacements someday, too.I am sure there will be other issues with his body as he grows older. Manning can play to 40 or older as long as he stays healthy! The NFL is not the same with other him!
