Hot chocolate's delicious :) I haven't had it in a while though, haha. But I don't think I've ever had hot chocolate early in the morning. I prefer milk even though I hate the taste of it. But it's good for me considering I'm so short and want to be tall one day, lol. Hot chocolate is delicious during the night since it's usually cold outside and a little cold in the inside. Being snuggled into a big warm blanket while watching some movie and drinking hot chocolate with marshmallows inside would be delicious and relaxing. And yeah, it does release stress and tension.

Well, no. xD But it does strengthen your bones which can lead to growing taller. I'm going to get some Chinese growth powder soon to do what I can to grow taller. My dream height's 5'6. lol, if you don't mind me asking, how tall are you?

Milk does strengthen bones but you need to start drinking it since childhood. Drinking later on in life does help a little. After 21, bone growth normally stops and only exercise will help strengthen the inside of the bones, so you prevent osteoporosis, brittle bones.

Hello dorothy, I also love hot chocolate. As a matter of fact, I love chocolate in general. But since I have asthma, I cannot take so many at once. Even the chocolate drink. I remember when I was a kid, my mom would not let me drink hot chocolate when I have asthma attack. I believe chocolate will aggravate the lung condition or something.
But without asthma, hot chocolate is good especially when it is raining and there is nothing to do at home but cuddle up, sip hot choco and read a good book while you hear the rain dance on the roof!

I didn't know that if you have asthma you cannot take chocolate too much. Did the doctor say this or people in general?

I cannot remember anymore. Perhaps it is just the people around me who said that. I was a little kid when I heard that news. I also researched it in the net and found some interesting answers about chocolate aggravating asthma conditions

I've read that chocolate indeed helps relieve stress and muscle tension. But regardless what those studies are, I personally feel that it indeed does that. I love however the richer chocolate drinks. We buy cacao tablets or bricks and ground them into powder and then boil it in water. I know it seems a bit inconvenient to do all those things but it's worth it the minute I take a sip. I really prefer that than the instant ones :)

My preference is chocolate bars melted with milk/cream. I know, I know, it adds calories, but I don't make it everyday. I wish I could, but I can't, so I won't! ;))

Hi Dorothy, i seldom begin my day with hot chocolate. Usually, i would only take hot chocolate drink during tea break or at night, especially when the weather is cold. It makes me feels warm and able to fall asleep easily. Only during raining season, then you can see me drinking hot chocolate drink with some biscuits or cakes. I like to add sweetened milk into my hot chocolate drink, to make it tastes more delicious.

I think drink hot chocolate is better than drink coffee, as long as not too much. Anything in moderation is good.

dorothy hi I love hot chocolate but it has to be the sugar free
kind then I can have some tiny marshmallows on it too. I am a
diabetic so anything sugary will upset my blood sugar.Swiss Miss
does make sugar free chocolate so I often bought that and drank
hot sugar free chocolate with some tiny marshmallows on top. It
was totally delicious on cold mornings here in Southern California. lol

Chocolates are very delightful. Same with others, I also love eating and drinking chocolate. It is true according to my teacher in science that chocolate does releases stress and tension. But we should take it moderately. We can't just drink and eat it all the time. Remember that what is more can lead to bad health.
