Do you like it when people agree with you?

It is fun to hear any opinions because will not board you.But it depends of the comments,if the comments opinions is helping,appreciated i can go good moods but if not i will not be interested.

Well it doesn't really something that I am going to lose any sleep over if someone does not really just agree with me. But it does feel a bit nice to have my opinion justified right in my mind. It just feels great that whatever opinion I have, is that I don't stand alone with having it . Of course, if no one really feels like I'm right, or no one agrees with them. It doesn't necessarily mean that I am wrong. One person can be right and everyone else can be wrong after all. Which doesn't happen as often as I would like to assume but there you go. I really just find that it is a great thing to really just be in some kind of common ground with other people right in the world. If people agree with me, it does tend to bolster my credibility. Well...not all of the time. It does depend on who does agree with you at time. There are people given their credibility, where if they agree with you, that might not be the thing that will put you the most at ease. But in general it does give us strength and hope when people do agree.

ya surely i wil like it.. It the human mentality to like the thing when some one is agreeing with the message which we are conveying to them.. so it will give us some confident and energy to carry on... so i like it when people agree with my message what i am conveying

Well everyone likes it when people agree with them. I don't think there will be any exception to it.

I do like it when people agree with me on something but after a while it becomes kind of irritating if someone doesn't share their real opinions or points of views with you and just agrees with you just for the sake of it or to please you. I would rather that someone share their opinions so that we can get a different perspectiv or new ideas or that maybe we can learn something new from them...

It really does not make that much difference to me or not if people agree with what i do or say. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and style of doing thisngs. Individulaity is what make up our personalities. If we were all the same, it would make life very boring. Sometimes it is much easier to agree with someone but seeing different viewpoints can bring insight to your life too.

Brainstorming is always nice because it suggests learning. I think when teachers do the nodding, they want to make the students feel like their opinion is not wrong. This has been a problem for a lot of students. Most students would think that they could be wrong so they just don't answer, eventhough they really know the right answer. This goes the same for job interviews. I've been through a lot of these interviews and the hiring agent always does this.. on every company I go to.

good day ajalitus, with reference to your main topic, i would be much delighted if people will agree on my ideas and opinion. wherein, this denotes that they believed that my ideas are better that theirs. however, same as you are, it will be better if i will going to hear another perspective and point of view from somebody. just to make sure that my ideas are really fine. its not just i want to have some arguments but i just want to have a clear shot that what i have done is exactly the right thing to do. thus, i like the idea that people will agree on what i have said but i just want a mere counter checking on the ideas and things that i have decided.

i will appreciate if someone politely disagree with me too. but for instances that you need an opinion it is very helpful if that person will agree with me. it gives me a sense of confidence also. disagreement and conflicts often results from disrespect of others opinion. so always respect others opinion if you disagree politely say it.

I feel great when the people agree with me. But, I also find it challenging if sometimes they don't agree with me. I still believe that opposition also plays a major role in any discussion, that is, for check and balance. For many, they don't like the idea that people don't agree with them because of the discomfort or tension that it caused. But, for some, it's fun because it makes them think deeply. As for your situation, it will be confusing on your part on what the nodding really means? Would it be because she thinks you are right or would it be because he respects any thoughts or answers coming from you? If I could have been your teacher, I will tell you exactly if your answers are correct or not for you to really know what is correct or not. Not just simply nodding my head to you.

HI ajalitus, With regard to your professor nodding all the time. He may mean that he acknowledges the person talking and he is listening. People's body languages cannot be the same with each person. He might not have an actual opinion at the moment. With your question, if i like people agreeing with me , well it depends on the situation. There are times when I want everybody to agree with me when I need to get the work done and no questions asked. At also there are situation when I do not like keeping all their opinions and ideas to themselves.Brainstorming is good to come up with great results and so is sharing opinions as long as you do not force what you believed in to the other person.

It's always nice to see someone agreeing with you. But, it gets boring if they don't do anything else! Maybe, you seem intimidating to others and they might be scared to give their own opinion!! xD But, it does get boring. All my friends seem to take my opinion as the final level and share very little of their own thoughts. A point given by someone else should be considered among the others, not just taken straightaway! Hope this helps :)

Right there must be challenge should there's a negative side and not all positive. As a professor he must show other sides. Not agreeing all the time or she maybe new in teaching that she avoid further discussion. Do something different,try to state or bring out a topic where she will disagree so for her to justify her side and bring challenge to class discussion.
