I have been trying to look for stores with cheap clothing myself. Now what I would reccomend is to go to sites you know of and look for their clearance section. Between seasons things are usually put into clearance.
Good Luck. I am trying to find a shop that has really cute clothes but at a discounted price myself.

One of the top recommended sites for online shopping would be at Amazon.com - You have a variety of selections to choose from whether clothes, tech gadgets, mobile phones, computers, music....basically everything you can think of. You can either buy things new or used - If you don't like the product you can always send it back and get your refund.
On the other hand one mentioned Craigslist which is similar to Ebay kind of like a Garage Sale online site or compared to like a Swap Meet - Can be risky most of the time while you come across some people that are trustworthy.
If it comes to computers or other electronics you can always visit newegg.com - Always good low prices on parts and other hardware.

I will ceretainly keep those sites!
I recall reading some graiglist not being that good!
I would certainly keep away from online auctions especially those ones that claim to save over 90%. Abou those bids, I heard there are some kind of auction fee!
I might be wrong but I think about they work is this:
Something being auctioned at $40 and you put $45 in your account, what happend if you bid $41 one day and bid 42 next day, what happend if you loose? Does your bids attempted goes back to bidders account? If then it a real gamble!
