i have bought a couple of robo isabell hamster. they are very very cute and lovely. i consider them as my friend and will start to make friends with them. at first, they are a bit worried. then they will be more familiar with new house, especially new kind owner like me. hahaha

It's normal if they are a bit upset, just let them get used to their new home first. You can give them a little box where they can go to sleep or hide if they feel shy. I'm sure you'll make good friends!
