Nowadays I am feeling tired and lazy to get up in early morning and go for joggings. I feel my age is catching me. May be I need refreshments to get into my daily routine. My friends told, not to loose self confidence and will power. Every night I go to sleep thinking tomorrow is right day to start jogging again. But I will in bed for a long time, tired and may be lazy to get up. I want to change this, dear friend please share your contributions….

I find that proper dieting & exercise does help, but I also take a bunch of vitamins as well such as: a good multivitamin, Calcium & also vitamins C & B Complex. I also started setting a better sleep schedule for myself by trying to go to sleep the same time every night & by getting at least 8 hours sleep. Now you wont see the results right away, but if you keep doing this it will work & eventually you will feel better.

It's really hard to fight something like that. I used to jog every Saturday but I came to a stop. It all started when I couldn't jog because of my period. The next Saturday, I couldn't jog because of the rain. After that, I just became too lazy to wake up early and do my jogging. Now, I don't jog anymore on Saturdays because I have a 9AM class. But the semester is going to end soon. I wonder if I'll have the will to jog again.
Maybe we just have to set some inspiring goals so that we can have our will again to jog. We just have to keep in mind, too that benefits of jogging. You said your age is catching upon you. Maybe you can make that reason enough to get yourself jogging. You'll feel much younger when you jog regularly.

I sometimes get burned out because I am so busy and I get tired of feeling tired. I sometimes just take a day where I do nothing but rest. Sometimes I have to. I also try something new when I feel the way you are describing. Sometimes it is refresheing to get out of the daily routine and do something new.
I hope you get to feeling better.
Take care.

Actually my friend, it was said that the best time to exercise is in the afternoon, where your adrenaline is on its top. Just don't do it 3 hours before bedtime, lest you cannot sleep because you have activated your body.
Mornings would indeed be of a lazy bone, specially if you lack sleep.
